The Chadha Group entered the real estate
business in 1992 with the
partnership frim called Ponty malik Construction
Company. It was
awarded prestigious infrastructure contacts
from government organizations
such as the railways, Indian oil Corporation
and Hindustan Petroleum .
The group has executed many developments
projects across India and has an
investment of around R. 150 Cr. in
commercial, residential and agricultural
real estate. It has invited international
consultants and is concentrating on
